Refund policy

BOLAD Digital Products sells downloadable digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

We may offer a refund only if:

- The customer purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- The download link does not work and we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time.
- The file is materially different from the product description.

Refund requests must be sent to info@bolad.ltd within 7 days of purchase.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear explanation of the issue

We do not provide refunds for:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Lack of software compatibility if the product description explains the file type or access method
- Unauthorized sharing, resale, copying, or redistribution of the digital files

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
